My name is Anna Sagredou. I am an associate Fellow in Counselling Psychology and an accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist. I have longstanding experience as a psychologist and I have worked for the NHS, as well as for charities and in private practice for many years. I have been employed in several countries, including the UK, Greece, Cyprus and Thailand, and hence, I have worked with people from various cultural backgrounds. In the past years I was managing a service at Priory Hospital specialising in anxiety disorders and supervising trainees on IAPT programs.
